In a complex and messy qualifying session comprised of spits of rain, a red flag and a great deal of traffic jockeying for position on the relatively short circuit, Calan Williams has produced a solid qualifying result of P13.
Calan Williams has had a great start to Round 2 of the FIA Formula 3 Championship at Paul Ricard France, by recording P12 in qualifying which, with the reverse top 12 format, will put him on Pole Position for Race 1 tomorrow.
The FIA Formula 3 Championship moved on to Jerez for two days of offical testing which would provide a valuable opportunity for testing leading into Round 2 at Paul Ricard next month.
Races 1 and 2 of the 2021 FIA Formula 3 Championship would be held in fine and warm conditions on Saturday at Barcelona.
