Calan Williams has had a strong finish to his debut in Formula 2 with Trident Motorsport finishing the day in P11 of the 22 drivers, and only 0.5 of a second off the top spot.
In fine conditions, Calan initially completed two runs on used tyres with the session interrupted by 4 red flags. After 60 minutes he commenced a run on new tyres
The first day of the 3 day F2 Post season testing at Yas Marina Circuit, Abu Dhabi would be entirely run in fine conditions.
Calan Williams will make his debut appearance in a Formula 2 car with Trident Motorsport for the full 3 days of post season testing at Abu Dhabi December 16 – 18.
