Over the course of the past two years, Brett Lupton has been massively helping me achieve the best I can in Formula Ford. When I first stepped into the car in December 2014, Brett showed me the ins-and-outs of the car, got it all set up and ready for me to drive, and was very motivational once I got going. He was always very patient with me while I was learning to drive a Formula Ford for the first time, and when I fired the car into the sand after being a bit lazy on the brakes, he just made sure the car was ready to go again (minus a bin full of sand), and got me going as soon as he could! But over the time he also stated the “blunt” truth when I needed a bit of a push, but never lost his supportive manner.
From the start, Brett has always made sure the car was 100% prepared, and was able to fix even the most obscure of problems in short amounts of time – including pulling the entire engine block of the car apart and fixing the clutch, within just half an hour!

I am very thankful to have had the opportunity to work with someone like Brett; with his great support and wide range of experience (extending all the way to working with Forumla 1!). Working with him has improved my racecraft and techincal knowledge of racing, for which I am very grateful for, and I look forward to his guidance well into the future.
