I am so excited to announce this week that I will be with Fortec Motorsport for the 2019 Formula European Masters (FEM).
Last year this was known as the FIA European F3 Championship and this year along with the new International F3 will be a potential stepping stone to F2. The Dallara F317 car is widely regarded as one of the best Formula 3 cars in the world, and will be a step up from the Dallara F312 I raced last year. I can’t wait to get in the seat.
The FEM F3 Championship shares the program with the DTM Championship and races through Germany and Europe at famous circuits such as Hockenheim, Nurburgring and Norisring. There are an average of 70,000 spectators at each round!
We are starting with a team test at Pemberey in a couple of weeks, and then we will head to Italy for the first official test of the Championship at Misano.
There has been a huge amount of work behind the scenes over the past few weeks especially by my Board which I am very appreciative of, and I am very grateful to Fortec Motorsport for the opportunity.
